Your LEO prescription is reviewed by a qualified healthcare professional. We do not use automation to make prescribing decisions.
**Lead prescriber**
Our lead prescriber is **Rishi**, a UK‑registered pharmacist and independent prescriber (MRPharmS). Rishi personally reviews your consultation responses and photographs. He assesses your medical history, current medications and hair loss pattern to decide whether treatment is appropriate, and which formulation and dose is suitable. If he needs more information he will contact you before approving a prescription.
**Who else may review prescriptions?**
In addition to Rishi, we may use other UK‑licensed prescribers (pharmacist independent prescribers or doctors) to handle consultations during busy periods. All prescribers hold appropriate qualifications, are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) or General Medical Council (GMC) and adhere to the same standards of care. Only a prescriber can approve a prescription; customer support staff cannot.
**Role of Monderma pharmacy**
Once a prescription is approved, our partner pharmacy **Monderma** compounds and dispenses your medication. Monderma is a GPhC‑registered pharmacy (9012305) in Uxbridge. Its superintendent pharmacist, **Dr Amandeep Dhillon**, oversees the pharmacy’s operations and quality, but he does not prescribe your treatment. The name that appears on your prescription label will be the prescriber who reviewed your case (e.g. Rishi).
**Clinical accountability**
The prescriber listed on your medication label is responsible for ensuring the treatment is appropriate and safe for you. They also review follow‑up questionnaires and are available for clinical queries. If your health status changes or you have concerns, please update us so your prescriber can reassess your treatment.
Your medical information is confidential and is only accessible to LEO’s clinical team and the pharmacy. We do not share your details with third parties and we comply with UK GDPR and GPhC guidance.
