## Overview
Because LEO supplies prescription‑only medicines that are compounded specifically for each patient, we cannot accept returns once your medication has been dispensed. This policy is in line with UK regulations and the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) guidelines.
## Why returns are not accepted
- **Patient safety:** Returned medicines cannot be guaranteed to have been stored correctly. Re‑dispensing returned items could pose a safety risk.
- **Legal restrictions:** UK medicines legislation prohibits the reuse or resale of prescription medicines once they have left the pharmacy.
- **Personalised prescriptions:** Each order is prepared for an individual patient following a clinical assessment. We cannot reassign or resell your medication to anyone else.
## If your order is wrong or damaged
If you receive the wrong item or your package arrives damaged:
1. **Do not use the medication.**
2. **Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.** Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if possible.
3. **We will investigate and advise next steps.** Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund. You may be asked to dispose of the medication locally through a pharmacy.
## Change of mind or no longer need treatment
As our products are prescription medicines, we cannot offer refunds or returns if you change your mind, feel you no longer need the treatment, or experience side effects. Please consult your prescriber if you are unsure about continuing treatment.
## Summary
Under UK law and GPhC guidance, prescription medications cannot be returned or resold once dispatched. LEO therefore operates a no‑returns policy, except in cases of dispatch error or damage. If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, contact us promptly for support and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
