LEO orders are dispatched from our partner pharmacy after your prescription is approved and your payment is processed. Because we supply prescription‑only medicines, we currently deliver only within the United Kingdom. This article explains our dispatch process and typical delivery timelines.

## Dispatch process

1. **Prescription approval:** Once you complete your online consultation, a qualified prescriber reviews your answers. If treatment is approved, we create your prescription and prepare your order.
2. **Preparation and packaging:** Our pharmacy compounds your medication, fills your order, and packs it discreetly. Orders are usually prepared within one working day after approval and payment.
3. **Dispatch:** All orders are sent via **Royal Mail Tracked 24**. This is a fully tracked, next‑working‑day service for most UK addresses.

The entire process, from order to delivery, typically takes 1-2 working days.

## Delivery timelines

- **Next working day delivery:** Approximately 98 % of Tracked 24 parcels arrive the next working day after dispatch. However, this is not a guaranteed service, and occasionally deliveries may take an extra day due to carrier delays or peak periods.
- **Remote or offshore addresses:** Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, or other remote areas may take longer.
- **Bank holidays and weekends:** Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Royal Mail does not deliver on bank holidays. Orders placed or approved at weekends or on a bank holiday will be processed the next working day.

## Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the Royal Mail website or app to see the status of your delivery.

- If you do not receive a tracking email within two working days of approval, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
- If the tracking status shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact Royal Mail first, then get in touch with us for further assistance.

## Discreet packaging

All packages are sent in plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to the contents inside. We respect your privacy and ensure that your medication arrives securely and discreetly.
