Using the LEO Scalp Roller – LEO Help Centre

Using the LEO Scalp Roller

### Overview

The LEO Scalp Roller is designed to apply our topical solution directly to the scalp with zero waste, zero mess and minimal contact with your hair. This article provides step‑by‑step instructions.

### Before you start

- Ensure your scalp is clean and dry.
- Comb or part your hair to expose thinning areas.
- Have your topical bottle, roller attachment and a tissue ready.

### Assemble the roller

1. Remove the cap from your topical solution bottle.
2. Replace it with the roller attachment by screwing it on until secure.
3. To prime the roller, hold the bottle upright and pump the base four times to dispense about 1 ml. For a 2 ml dose, pump eight times.

### Applying the solution

1. Hold the bottle upside down so the solution reaches the roller balls.
2. Place the roller directly on your scalp (not on your hair) where you want to apply the solution.
3. Glide the roller over your scalp in slow, overlapping strokes. Use gentle pressure to engage the roller balls and distribute the solution evenly.
4. Cover all thinning areas, avoiding rolling over hair as much as possible.
5. If solution drips, wipe gently with a tissue.

### After application

- Do not exceed your prescribed dose (typically 1 ml or 2 ml).
- Allow the solution to dry naturally; do not blow‑dry your hair immediately after application.
- Wash your hands with soap and water after applying.

### Cleaning and maintenance

- After each use, unscrew the roller attachment and rinse it under warm water to remove any residue.
- Rinse both ends of the attachment and gently roll the balls under running water.
- Let the roller air‑dry before reattaching or storing.
- Store the bottle upright with its original cap if you are not using the roller for a prolonged period.

### Summary

Using the LEO Scalp Roller ensures that more solution reaches your scalp and less is wasted on your hair. Follow these steps for effective, hygienic application.
