How Subscriptions Work – LEO Help Centre

How subscriptions work

## Overview

## Overview

LEO operates on a subscription model for hair loss treatment. Consistent use of your prescribed medication is essential to maintain results. A subscription ensures you receive regular supplies so you don’t run out, and supports adherence to your treatment plan.

## Why LEO uses a subscription model

- **Treatment duration**: Hair loss treatments like finasteride and minoxidil work over months. Visible results typically start after 3–6 months of continuous use, and benefits continue only with ongoing treatment. A subscription provides continuity.
- **Convenience**: Your medication is delivered at regular intervals without you needing to reorder each time. This helps you stay on schedule.
- **Flexibility**: There are no long-term contracts. You can pause or cancel at any time before your next dispatch. You can also switch between oral and topical formulations if your prescriber agrees.
- **Regulated supply**: Because these medicines are prescription-only, each shipment is clinically reviewed. Our prescriber will check your ongoing suitability before each renewal.

## Subscription options

- **Three-month supply** – Provides three months of medication in one shipment. Every topical order includes both a dropper and a spray applicator. For three-month subscriptions, the LEO Scalp Roller can be added at checkout for an additional fee.
- **Six-month supply** – A 6 month subscription, delivered every 3 months. This plan includes a complementary LEO Scalp Roller to support precise application.
- **Delivery and timing** – Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and in 98 % of cases arrive the next working day after dispatch. Packages are discreet.
- **Payments** – You are charged for each shipment at the time it is dispatched. There are no hidden fees or long-term commitments.

## Managing your subscription

- **Pause** – If you need to take a break, you can pause your subscription in your account or by contacting our support team. Pausing stops future shipments until you reactivate.
- **Cancel** – You can cancel at any time before your next dispatch. Cancellation stops future shipments and charges.
- **Adjust** – If you need to change your treatment formulation, update your shipping address, or modify payment details, contact our support team. Adjustments are subject to medical approval where required.
- **Notifications** – We will remind you before each renewal so you can make any changes in advance.

## Summary

Subscriptions provide consistent access to your prescribed hair loss treatment. They support adherence, simplify refills, and ensure you receive all necessary applicators. You have full control to pause, cancel or adjust as needed. Regular use is essential for treatment efficacy, so maintaining your subscription helps you achieve and sustain results.
