LEO provides clinically supervised hair loss treatment through a structured online consultation. This ensures that only patients for whom the medication is appropriate receive a prescription, and it keeps you compliant with UK regulations.
**1. Start your consultation**
Complete our secure medical questionnaire on the LEO website. We’ll ask about:
- Your stage and pattern of hair loss
- The results you’re hoping to achieve
- Your medical history, including any cardiovascular, liver or endocrine conditions
- Any medications or supplements you are taking
- Allergies or sensitivities
- Relevant mental health history
- Lifestyle factors (e.g. smoking, alcohol)
**2. Clinical review**
A UK‑licensed prescriber reviews your questionnaire responses and photographs. They may contact you for clarification or additional information. They will decide whether treatment is suitable, what formulation to prescribe, and whether any dose adjustments are needed. They will also check for contraindications and potential interactions.
**3. Decision and prescription**
If you are eligible, the prescriber will issue a private prescription. You will receive an email confirming approval and instructions to select your preferred plan (e.g. 3‑month or 6‑month supply). If treatment is not suitable, we will explain why and may suggest alternative approaches or refer you to your GP or a specialist. We do not prescribe off‑label or where the risks outweigh the benefits.
**4. Payment and dispatch**
After approval you complete payment for your chosen plan. Our partner pharmacy compounds and dispenses your medication and dispatches it via Royal Mail Tracked 24. You should receive your order the next working day after dispatch.
**5. Ongoing monitoring**
You will be asked to complete follow‑up questionnaires periodically to report results, side effects or changes in health. If your circumstances change, you must let us know so your treatment can be re‑evaluated. You can contact our clinical team via WhatsApp or email at any time for advice.
All medical information is treated confidentially in accordance with UK GDPR and healthcare standards. Only the LEO clinical team and our partner pharmacy have access to your data. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
This process ensures that every prescription is clinically appropriate and that you receive ongoing support throughout your treatment.
