How to change your treatment

## Changing your treatment plan

Your treatment needs may change over time. If you would like to adjust your plan, you can request a change at any time from your account.

### How to request a change

1. Log in to your LEO account.
2. Go to the **Account** section.
3. Select the option to **change your treatment plan**.
4. Follow the prompts provided.

Depending on the change requested, you may be asked to complete a **new medical questionnaire** and upload updated photos of your hair. This allows our clinical team to review your current situation and determine whether the requested change is appropriate.

### Why a new questionnaire may be required

Hair loss treatments are prescribed based on your medical information and hair loss pattern. If you request a change to your treatment, our prescriber may need updated details to ensure the medication remains safe and suitable for you.

This process helps us:

* Confirm your current health status
* Review your treatment progress
* Ensure the correct formulation or dosage is prescribed

### Clinical review

Any changes to prescription treatments must be reviewed and approved by a **qualified prescriber** before they can be issued. Once your request and questionnaire have been reviewed, you will be notified of the outcome.

### Need help?

If you’re unsure which treatment plan is right for you, our support team is happy to help. You can contact us anytime via **email or WhatsApp**, and we’ll be glad to guide you.
