If you decide to stop your LEO hair loss treatment, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling ends all future shipments and charges. You can easily restart your subscription after cancelling by heading to your account section.
## How to cancel your subscription
1. **Log into your account:** Visit our website and sign in to your LEO account using your email and password.
2. **Access your subscription:** In your account dashboard, select the active subscription you wish to cancel.
3. **Choose “Cancel subscription”:** Look for an option labelled “Cancel subscription” or “Cancel plan”. Click this to begin the cancellation process.
6. **Contact support if needed:** If you encounter any issues or prefer assistance, contact our support team via WhatsApp or email, and we will process the cancellation for you.
## After you cancel
- **Remaining medication:** You may continue using any medication you have already received as prescribed. Do not exceed your prescribed dose. Once your supply runs out, treatment stops.
- **Loss of progress:** Hair loss treatment works only with ongoing use. Stopping treatment may lead to a gradual return of hair loss over several months.
- **Restarting treatment:** If you decide to restart after cancelling, you can restart anytime in your account section. You may be promoted to complete another questionnaire if it's been over 6 months since your last questionnaire.
