Damaged items

Your LEO treatments are packed securely. However, if your parcel arrives damaged or with missing items, please follow these steps.

**Do not use damaged medication**
If a bottle or tablet blister is cracked, leaking or otherwise compromised, do not apply or ingest the product. Discard any leaking liquid on gloves or tissues, wash your hands thoroughly and keep the packaging so we can investigate.

**Contact us immediately**
Reach out via WhatsApp, email or our contact form with your order number. Please include a brief description of the damage and clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging and the damaged product. This helps us understand what went wrong and process a replacement quickly.

**We will arrange a replacement**
Once we receive your photos and verify the issue, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost. We cannot accept damaged medication back or resell returned items due to UK pharmacy regulations, but we will ensure you receive a safe and intact product.

**Minor cosmetic damage**
If the outer box is dented but the bottle and tablets inside are intact and sealed, it is safe to use your treatment. You can still let us know if you are concerned, and we will advise.

**Replacement timeframe**
After verification, replacements are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24. In most cases (about 98 % of deliveries) they arrive the next working day. Remote areas and public holidays may add a day or two.

**Safety reminder**
Damaged finasteride tablets should never be handled by women or children. If you do come into contact with a broken or crushed tablet, wash the area with soap and water and seek medical advice if you have any concerns.
